3. Course Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment Process

By enrolling in a course, you are committing to participate in that course according to its structure and duration. All course enrollments are non-transferable to other individuals.

Payment Terms

• Course fees must be paid in full or according to agreed payment plans
• Payment must be received before course access is granted
• We accept various payment methods as displayed on our website
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

Refund Policy

After 7 days, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances
• Course completion is non-refundable (after completing more than 50% of content)
• Course materials and access rights are non-refundable once downloaded
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of enrollment

• Use materials for commercial purposes

5. Course Access and Duration

Access Period

Course access is granted for the duration specified during enrollment, typically:

• Full access during the course duration (10-14 weeks)
• Lifetime access to recorded lectures and materials after course completion
• Access to community forums during course and for 90 days after

Suspension and Termination

DriftlyX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in academic dishonesty or plagiarism
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Violate laws or regulations
• Engage in harassment or abusive behavior

6. Academic Integrity

DriftlyX is committed to maintaining high standards of academic integrity. You agree to:

• Complete your own work without plagiarism
• Not submit work that violates academic integrity standards
• Not attempt to cheat or gain unfair advantage in assessments
• Properly cite all sources used in your work

Violations of academic integrity may result in course cancellation without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.

7. Certification and Credentials

Upon successful course completion, you will receive a certificate of completion from DriftlyX. Please note:

• Certificates require at least 80% completion of course materials
• Certificates are digital credentials representing course participation, not professional licenses
• Employers may recognize our certificates, but no job placement is guaranteed
• Certificates cannot be transferred or resold
• DriftlyX reserves the right to revoke certificates if earned through dishonest means

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DriftlyX provides the platform "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding career success or employment outcomes

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DriftlyX be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
